Terms of Sales
1. Purpose
These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the remote reservation of services offered by our establishment "Les Chambres d'Hôtes Bien Etre 47".
The services of the "Chambres d'Hôtes Bien-Être 47" include the rental of Guest Rooms, breakfasts, the provision of the kitchen, the swimming pool, and services with supplements such as Spa and hotel services. Wellness area "Bubble of Happiness".
These conditions govern all the steps necessary for the reservation and the follow-up of the reservation between the contracting parties. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions of sale and the conditions of sale of the reserved rate accessible on our reservation platform. These general conditions of sale apply to all reservations made online via our reservation platform, by telephone, by email and by post.
All clients acknowledge having the capacity to contract, that is to say being of legal majority and not being under curatorship or guardianship.
2. Reservation
Reservations can be made on the website, by telephone, by e-mail or by post.
The reservation will only be effective if it is guaranteed by the customer:
• either by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (the establishment reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event that the credit card number is incorrect),through Constellation SAS / Stripe.com whichhas a secure reservation system (SSL) that protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted to the reservation in order to prevent any disclosure to a third party.
• Either by check (to the order of M and MME QUIERTANT) or bank transfer, after receipt and at the latest within 7 days of the reservation request.
This guarantee, qualified as a deposit, corresponds to 50% of the total price of the stay with a minimum amount of one night per room, it implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Credit cards and checks are not charged except for late cancellations or no shows.
Payment for the stay will be made on site in cash, by check, by credit card or via ANCV checks, except in the case of gift cards or special rates where the partial or total debit of the payment is made when booking.or order .
Reservations regardless of their origins will be payable in euros only.
The establishment only accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Apple Pay and has a secure reservation system (SSL) which protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted to the reservation in order to prevent any disclosure to a third party.
3. Price
The prices relating to the reservation of services are indicated before and during the reservation. The prices are confirmed to the customer in the amount including VAT, in Euros, and are only valid for the duration indicated on the booking platform. If the debit at the establishment is made in a currency other than that confirmed on the reservation, the exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer. All reservations, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.
Unless otherwise stated on the booking platform, additional services and tourist taxes are not included in the price, they are to be paid directly on site with the establishment. Prices are not subject to VAT.
4. Cancellation of stay
Any cancellation of reservation must be the subject of a request by email to the establishment.The request will only become effective when the establishment has confirmed its acceptance in writing.
In the event of cancellation of stay, the following conditions apply except in cases of force majeure:
– For any request made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, the 50% deposit will be debited. The stay cannot be postponed to a later date with the agreement of the establishment depending on availability.
–In the event of cancellation of stay less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date or no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the total amount of the stay is due.
– Any stay started is entirely due.
In the event of cancellation on our part, (except in cases of force majeure), for reasons beyond our control, we will possibly offer you an alternative solution or reimbursement of the sums paid.
5 . Health crisis : In the event of a health crisis; with obligation of confinement or limitation of movement;and cancellation of reservations/services, the establishment will apply the decree put in place by the French government in such a situation, namely the cancellation or postponement of the stay free of charge.
6 .Functioning
- Arrival times: rooms are made available no earlier than 4 p.m. and if possible before 8 p.m. In case of difficulty in respecting these times, please let us know.
- Departure times: you must vacate the room on the scheduled day, before 11 a.m.
- Breakfasts will be served between 8.30 am and 10.30 am.
- Pets :
Category 1 and 2 dogs (attack and defense dogs according to the decree of April 27, 1999) are strictly prohibited within the confines of our establishment.
Other dogs and cats, wise and docile, after prior acceptance on our part, are accepted in the establishment without supplement.
7 . Responsibilities
Children must be accompanied and are your responsibility in the house, the park and especially the swimming pool.
Your personal items must be kept in your rooms and are your responsibility.
Although our car park is private and closed, your car is your responsibility.
The client must inform the establishment of any degradation of which he is the cause. He is responsible for all the damage caused by his intermediary and undertakes, in the event of deterioration of the places made available, (room, common areas such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, garden, kitchen, sanitary facilities) to bear the rehabilitation costs.
Also any behavior contrary to morality and public order will lead the establishment to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any refund if a payment has already been made. In the event that no payment has yet been made, the customer must pay the total price of the stay before leaving the establishment.
The establishment cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of the reservation in the event of force majeure, due to a third party, unforeseeable and insurmountable, due to the customer, in particular the unavailability of the Internet network, impossibility access to the website, external intrusion, computer viruses or in the event of prepayment not authorized by the bearer's bank.
